Research on Influences Leading to Same-Sex Sexuality, Discordant Gender Identity, and Change Through Life Experiences—Findings Updated and Language Refined

Dr. Haynes will present leading research and updates on influences in sexuality and gender identity development and change through life experience. Evidence regarding biological influences as well as rigorous studies supporting psychological influences that have been hiding in plain sight will be presented. Implications for refining language for “orientation” and “homosexuality” will also be offered. This is a research update of a lecture pre-recorded but not presented live for the 2025 IFTCC conference.
